This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use Squish (the “App”), a mobile puzzle game published by NewBit, and the third‑party services it uses. By using the App you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect directly

The App does not require an account and does not ask for your name, email, phone number, or other directly identifying personal information. Your game progress and settings are stored locally on your device and are not uploaded to us.

2. Information collected by third‑party services

The App uses the following third‑party SDKs, which may collect data automatically:

• Google AdMob (advertising) — may collect your device advertising ID (Google Advertising ID), IP address, device and OS information, and ad‑interaction data to serve and measure ads (personalized or non‑personalized). See Google’s How Google uses information and AdMob partners.
• Google Firebase Analytics (usage analytics) — may collect an app‑instance identifier, device/OS information, app usage events, and approximate location derived from IP address, to help us understand and improve the App. See Firebase privacy and security.
• Google Play Billing (purchases) — in‑app purchases (e.g. “Remove Ads”) are processed by Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment card details.
• Local notifications — return reminders are generated on your device; no data is sent to us.

3. How the information is used

Collected data is used to display and measure advertising, understand app usage and improve the App, and process in‑app purchases. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Advertising ID and your choices

You can reset or delete your advertising ID, and opt out of ad personalization, in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads). You can also decline ad‑personalization consent where a consent prompt is shown.

5. Children

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your region), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided such information, contact us and we will delete it.

6. Data retention

Data stored locally on your device remains until you clear the App data or uninstall the App. Data collected by the third‑party services above is retained according to their respective policies.

7. Your rights

Depending on your region (e.g. GDPR in the EU, CCPA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us below.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective date” above reflects the latest version.
